In February 2025, we proudly celebrated Shiv Jayanti at the Hypro factory premises with great enthusiasm and cultural spirit. The event began with a vibrant Dhol Pathak performance that filled the atmosphere with energy and excitement. Employees gathered together to honor the legacy of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, a true symbol of bravery and leadership.
A special prayer was held in the factory premises, paying tribute to his inspiring journey and vision for Swarajya. The celebration brought everyone together, reflecting unity, pride, and respect for our heritage. It was a memorable occasion that strengthened team spirit and reminded us of the rich cultural roots we share at Hypro.
The entire premises echoed with patriotic songs and the sounds of traditional instruments. Employees wore traditional attire, adding more color and charm to the occasion. Speeches highlighting Shivaji Maharaj’s values and achievements were delivered with passion. Cultural performances by team members further added to the festive spirit. Flags and decorations across the premises created a vibrant and festive ambiance. The event concluded with refreshments and group photos, capturing the joy and unity of the celebration.

On this Safety Day, the HR team organized a dedicated safety training session, a safety test, and certification for all engineers, ensuring awareness and preparedness across the board.
Employees also took a Safety Pledge, reinforcing our shared responsibility toward a safe workplace.
In addition, awareness sessions were conducted to educate every employee about the importance of safety and how seriousness in safety practices can prevent accidents and protect lives.

Colorful Skies and Team Spirit at Hypro.
We joyfully celebrated the Kite Festival at the Hypro factory premises. The sky above the factory came alive with colorful kites as employees gathered to enjoy the festive spirit. Many team members enthusiastically participated in kite flying, showcasing their skills and enjoying the cool winter breeze.
The event also featured a fun-filled sports competition, adding energy and excitement to the day. Friendly matches and games brought out the competitive spirit in everyone, along with laughter and cheering from the crowd. The entire premises was buzzing with joy, teamwork, and celebration.
Bright decorations, music, and smiling faces made the event truly special. The festival served as a refreshing break from routine, promoting bonding among employees. Team spirit soared just like the kites in the sky. The celebration reflected Hypro’s vibrant culture and commitment to creating a positive and engaging work environment. Moments were captured through photos, and the memories made were cherished by all.

The Hypro team recently had the privilege of visiting the Poona School and Home for Blind Girls as part of our CSR initiative. It was a truly moving experience to witness how these remarkable young girls are being supported, educated, and empowered.
As part of the visit, we contributed through grain distribution and had the opportunity to interact with the students, explore their school, hostel, dining areas, and kitchen. One of the most inspiring aspects was their open kitchen garden, where the girls are learning hands-on farming skills — nurturing growth both in the soil and within themselves. Experiences like these remind us of the impact of giving back and how even small efforts can lead to meaningful change. The resilience, joy, and dedication shown by the children and the staff left a lasting impression on all of us.

Mr. Dhananjay Thopte, a graduate in Commerce and a holder Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management specialized in materials, has been associated with Hypro Since 2013. His career in Hypro began as a purchase assistant and now has achieved a significant role as a controlling authority in Supply Chain Management Department. Has been key personnel in communicating the requirements to his external and internal customer in an effective and precise manner and seriously followed his motto of “do the right at first time”. Dhananjay has been appreciated by the top management as a Methodological and Trustworthy. Has been a consistently awarded as a best team player and driving force of the department.

Mr. Avinash Ahire a Graduate in B.E. (Instrumentation and Control) has been associated with Hypro since last 5+ years, joined as a Sr. Instrumentation engineer in EIC department and recently promoted to Sr. Executive EIC. He is a good team player and enjoys work with teammates. Has been an award winner consistently for three years in 2017, 2018 and 2019 as Best Team player, Best EIC engineer and Performance Award respectively.
